The body use this to recovery energy and regenerade cells is that the reason why it's important, if you pass two or three days without sleep your body -beside be irritable-automatically turn off and fall sleep by a protective process, similar to the chemical process that make you wake up at morning and get sleepy at night, even if you keep awake for a long period of time could be dangerous -you will be in trouble becouse your mental process become slow- and you will died.

When you walk around the city you'll see publicity, if you're driving maybe you have the news on the radio and when use your cell pone to check something on the internet a lot of web sites will be overloaded of adds. All the world is full of publicity and information but it's natural and safe? Or this phenom is dangerous for us? All day we're chased by this, trying to enter and change our ideas just for pay and buy things that you really don't need.

We need to be careful about it, if you have kids maybe need to be even more cautious about what they see on TV or the Street becouse is a easy target by publicity and by the amout of information outsite people are following kids by a kind of future consumers.
